At Movement Projects, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals with a focus on mobility and sustainable, functional and pain-free movement.
My approach is rooted in the Functional Range Systems® methodology — encompassing Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) and Functional Range Strength (FRS ISM®) — to develop strength and mobility across every joint and movement patterns.
